I have used First Klass a couple more times for odd jobs and everyone I've dealt with was amazing. When looking at air filters, they took time to explain differences in each option and didn't try to upsell me. I wish all trades were as easy to deal with as First Klass. Highly recommend!!!"

"I have NEVER BEFORE had a plumber who is as professional, friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working as Jim H, a plumber in Kelowna working for this company. He did the main job amazingly well and was very thorough. He also really went above and beyond after that, by offering to fix my toilet seat (Which *I* removed and tinkered with earlier, not removed by him), and when the screws I had bought didn't fit, he drilled wider holes in the seat fasteners to allow them to work, and the seat is now tightly fastened! He also found the source of the blockage in the pipe below almost immediately, and ensured excellent drainage before reattaching the fixture. Thank you so much Jim H for a job exceedingly well done!"

"I needed my furnace to get a routine pre-winter going-over, and Jim was able to get at that earlier than expected, always a good thing. My aged air conditioner had been making strange noises, and had self-destructed, but within three days it was gone, replaced by an attractive, quiet new setup that is quite impressive. Nobody's ever ready for a sudden big bill, but they brought it in at less than I expected and did a very neat job of it as well. Everybody is always friendly and polite, and all the fellows who worked here left everything clean and tidy, kept me apprised of what they were doing and why and even looked after little things they noticed that needed attention."
